The Magic of far west Texas: Marfa, Terlingua, Big Bend

We also offer landscape and astrophotography workshops in Terlingua, Marfa and Big Bend National park, hidden on the breathtaking horizon of far west Texas. These unique communities offer breathtaking views and landscapes, providing you with the perfect "classroom" setting to learn the art and science of photography in the same way Ansel Adams did: by immersing yourself in the grandeur of our beautiful world, with nothing between you and nature but your camera.

We hold workshops for two and three days at a time, so as to optimize our time in the wild. This gives you the first day to get acquainted with the terrain and the material we cover, and another day or two to apply what you've learned in a practical manner. Our instructors are with you side-by-side the whole way so as to provide you personal, hands-on training from beginning to end, leaving no question unanswered.
