Texas Photo Hunters are first and foremost hunters: Hunters for the trophy you seek.
No hunter goes afield in pursuit of the mounted animal only. The mount is the embodiment of the experience of the hunt. It is the hunt, the joy of golden promise in the dawn, the excitement of the day and the relaxation of the crimson dusk, that draws the hunter afield. Everything we do at Texas Photo Hunters is in celebration of the hunt.
Texas Photo Hunters is more than just a photography school, a shooting school or workshop. Any school can teach the fundamentals of composure and exposure or the alignment of sights. We teach and practice the skills to succeed afield whether armed with shotgun, rifle or camera. If your goal is to study the doctrine and principles of the Rifleman we will teach you marksmanship-the ability to hit what you shoot at-the attainment of excellence. In all things we do we strive for excellence. We teach not only the science but the art of the rifle, the art of the camera, the art of the hunter.
Each of these instructional programs is presented in three day classes. Class size on all classes is kept low in order to provide more attention to each participant. Class size ranges from a minimum of four to a maximum of twelve. All classes are available upon request and may be timed and constructed to fit your schedule. One on one classes taught in a tutorial format are available.

A photographer will accompany you on your hunt and provide a documentary record of your hunt in both still and video format. You focus on your hunt and we focus on putting the experience into permanent memories.
